Franchise Consultant

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Franchise Consultant based in New Delhi. As a Franchise Consultant at Taskar, you will be responsible for supporting franchising operations, including business planning, P&L management, and consulting. Your role will involve developing and implementing business strategies, managing franchise relationships, and ensuring the profitability of the franchise operations. To excel in this role, you should have expertise in Business Planning and Business strategies, along with experience in Franchising and Franchise Management. Skills in P&L Management and financial oversight are essential, as you will be guiding franchisees in their financial decisions. Your consulting skills will be crucial in offering guidance and support to franchisees, while your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will help in fostering strong relationships. The ability to work independently and in a team environment is key to success in this role. Previous experience in the healthcare industry is advantageous, and a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field is required to qualify for this position.,
