About the Role

SuperK generates a large pipeline of franchise leads through our marketing and Area Sales Managers. The Franchise Closing Manager is the specialist who converts these warm leads into committed SuperK franchise partners.

This role is about influence, persuasion, and deal-closing building trust with potential partners, showcasing SuperK s business opportunity, and ensuring franchise sign-ups.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-impact franchise pitches to prospects via calls, video meetings, and in-person discussions.
Understand prospect profiles (financial readiness, local market knowledge, motivation) and position SuperK accordingly.
Showcase SuperK s value proposition, unit economics, ROI, and success stories to build confidence.
Handle objections, negotiate terms, and drive closure of franchise agreements.
Work closely with Area Sales Managers to prioritize hot leads and ensure quick conversion.
Maintain a structured sales pipeline and consistently meet monthly franchise closure targets.

Requirements

Proven background in closing high-value deals in sectors like real estate, edtech, banking, insurance, or franchise sales.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Experience with 10L+ ticket size deals preferred.
Confidence to pitch to entrepreneurs, investors, and business owners in Tier 2/3 cities.
Highly driven, target-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-growth startup environment.
