FP&A Analyst

We are hiring driven and detail-oriented professionals to join our Planning & Business Finance team. Key Responsibilities

For Both Roles (Analyst & Manager):

• Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes
• Conduct variance analysis against budgets/forecasts and provide actionable insights
• Prepare accurate, insightful, and timely management reports and dashboards
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather data and deliver financial guidance
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support financial planning initiatives
• Leverage tools such as Excel and Power BI for financial modelling, reporting, and visualization

Additional Responsibilities for FP&A Manager:

• Drive end-to-end ownership of financial cycles across functions or departments
• Provide strategic financial insights to senior leadership to support decision-making
• Lead reporting automation and advanced analytics using Power BI and other tools
• Mentor and develop junior analysts while standardizing best practices across the team
• Collaborate with legal, operations, and commercial teams to align planning with business objectives

Required Skills & Attributes

Essential for Both Roles:

• Strong knowledge of FP&A processes (budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis)
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with Power BI preferred
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
• Ability to work in a structured, deadline-driven, cross-functional environment

Preferred for FP&A Manager:

• Proven experience leading financial projects and partnering with senior leadership
• Expertise in handling complex datasets and building executive-level presentations
• Exposure to global teams or multi-functional environments

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• CA/MBA preferred for FP&A Manager role
• Analyst: Minimum 3 years of relevant FP&A/finance experience
• Manager: 6–8 years of FP&A or strategic finance experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
