What you will build (the automation we actually need)

You will own the “Aonxi Automation Layer” end-to-end:

  • Trigger → Think → Act workflows

  • Ingest: forms, sheets, CRM events, calls/transcripts, emails
  • Decide: classify, extract fields, route, score, create tasks
  • Execute: create Docs, update Sheets, send emails/SMS, assign owners, create campaigns, log outcomes

  • AI agents inside workflows

  • LLM steps for extraction, summarization, tagging, QC
  • Guardrails: schemas, confidence thresholds, human approval gates
  • Memory + context using databases/knowledge stores (as needed)

  • Integrations backbone

  • n8n / Zapier as orchestration
  • Google (Docs/Sheets/Drive/Gmail), CRM, Slack, calendars
  • Cold email stack (Instantly/Smartlead), enrichment (Apollo/Clay), webhooks/APIs
  • Error handling, retries, logging, versioning

  • Automation standards

  • SOPs so the team can run workflows safely
  • Monitoring so failures are caught immediately
  • “Unbreakable” workflows that don’t depend on one person


Responsibilities
  • Build production-grade automations in

    n8n

    (primary) and Zapier (as needed)
  • Connect tools using APIs/webhooks, OAuth, JSON, and data mapping
  • Implement AI steps with strict structure (schemas, validation, fallbacks)
  • Design human-in-the-loop approval for risky actions
  • Debug fast, document clearly, ship weekly


Must-have experience (non-negotiable)
  • Strong hands-on n8n and/or Zapier experience (real production workflows)
  • Comfort with APIs, webhooks, authentication, data transformation
  • Experience using LLMs inside workflows (OpenAI/Claude/etc.) with guardrails
  • You can ship working systems in days, not months


Big advantages
  • Experience with MCP / agent orchestration patterns
  • Cold email / deliverability ops automation
  • Google Cloud + Workspace automations at scale
  • CRM automation (GoHighLevel/HubSpot/Salesforce or similar)
  • Basic scripting (Python/JS) for custom nodes or edge cases
