Role Overview
Go High Level (GHL) Specialist
Key Responsibilities
- Set up, customize, and manage
Go High Level CRM
accounts and client workspaces. - Build and optimize
automation workflows
, triggers, and campaigns for lead management and follow-ups. - Design and manage
sales funnels
, landing pages, forms, and pipelines within GHL. - Integrate GHL with third-party tools such as
Zapier, Twilio, Google Sheets, and Meta Ads
. - Execute and monitor
email, SMS, and voicemail campaigns
. - Create and maintain
dashboards and reports
to track performance metrics. - Troubleshoot and resolve CRM or automation-related issues.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure campaign consistency and efficiency.
- Stay updated with GHL enhancements and new automation techniques.
Requirements
1–2 years of experience
working with Go High Level (GHL)
or similar CRM/automation platforms.- Strong understanding of
marketing automation
, funnels, and CRM workflows. - Experience with
Zapier, Twilio
, and integration tools preferred. - Basic knowledge of
HTML/CSS
and landing page design is a plus. - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently during
US hours (7:30 PM – 4:30 AM IST)
