Role Overview:

Lead Generation Specialist / Appointment Setter

United States

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make

    200–300 outbound calls daily

    to small business owners across various U.S. time zones.
  • Follow a structured

    qualification script and process

    to assess fit.
  • Identify key decision-makers and verify business details accurately.
  • Educate prospects on Aonxi’s “

    ” model.
  • Schedule

    qualified demo appointments

    for our U.S.-based closers.
  • Maintain

    accurate and updated records

    in CRM — including notes, call outcomes, and next steps.
  • Meet and exceed weekly and monthly

    KPI targets

    for qualified demos and conversions.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum

    1 year of experience

    in B2B cold calling, lead generation, or telemarketing
  • Excellent spoken and written English

  • Confidence to handle

    high-volume outbound calling

  • Strong understanding of

    SMB challenges

    (sales, marketing, or customer acquisition)
  • Goal-driven, organized, and comfortable using

    CRM and dialer tools

  • Enthusiastic, persistent, and able to thrive in a

    fast-paced performance culture
