Key Responsibilities: Project Delivery & Execution Oversee end-to-end project delivery, ensuring scope, timelines, and budgets are met. Define project goals, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with clients and internal teams. Monitor project progress and address potential risks or bottlenecks. Ensure adherence to Agile, Scrum, or other relevant software development methodologies. Client & Stakeholder Management Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their expectations are met. Provide regular updates on project progress, risks, and deliverables to stakeholders. Manage escalations and resolve conflicts to maintain strong client relationships. Team Coordination & Leadership Collaborate with development teams, product managers, QA, and other departments to ensure smooth execution. Assign tasks, track performance, and ensure alignment with business goals. Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and collaboration. Quality & Process Improvement Ensure high-quality deliverables by enforcing best practices in software development. Identify areas for process optimization and implement improvements. Conduct post-project reviews and document lessons learned. Required Skills & Qualifications: 10+ years of experience in software development project delivery. Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and project management methodologies. Experience with JIRA, Trello, or other project management tools. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver on time. Strong client-facing skills and ability to handle escalations. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills. Technical background in software development is a plus. PMP, CSM, or relevant certifications are an advantage.
