Job Summary:

Delivery Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Project Delivery & Execution

• Oversee end-to-end project delivery, ensuring scope, timelines, and budgets are met.
• Define project goals, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with clients and internal teams.
• Monitor project progress and address potential risks or bottlenecks.
• Ensure adherence to Agile, Scrum, or other relevant software development methodologies.

Client & Stakeholder Management

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their expectations are met.
• Provide regular updates on project progress, risks, and deliverables to stakeholders.
• Manage escalations and resolve conflicts to maintain strong client relationships.

Team Coordination & Leadership

• Collaborate with development teams, product managers, QA, and other departments to ensure smooth execution.
• Assign tasks, track performance, and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and collaboration.

Quality & Process Improvement

• Ensure high-quality deliverables by enforcing best practices in software development.
• Identify areas for process optimization and implement improvements.
• Conduct post-project reviews and document lessons learned.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 10+ years

  of experience in

  software development project delivery.

• Strong knowledge of

  Agile, Scrum, and project management methodologies.

• Experience with

  JIRA, Trello, or other project management tools.

• Proven ability to

  manage multiple projects

  and deliver on time.
• Strong

  client-facing skills

  and ability to handle escalations.
• Excellent

  communication, problem-solving, and leadership

  skills.
• Technical background in

  software development

  is a plus.

• PMP, CSM, or relevant certifications

  are an advantage.
