About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Senior PHP Developer to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional technical expertise in PHP, strong problem-solving abilities, and hands-on experience with modern web technologies. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and optimizing high-performance web and mobile applications while mentoring junior developers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate deep expertise in PHP with strong proficiency in coding, debugging, and optimization.
• Work with Angular to develop responsive and user-friendly front-end components.
• Translate business requirements into detailed technical design documents and implementation plans.
• Provide technical leadership in designing and developing scalable and efficient solutions.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather feedback and develop user-centric solutions.
• Ensure that all applications remain up-to-date and compatible with the latest technologies.
• Mentor and guide junior team members, providing training, technical support, and code reviews.
• Contribute to improving development processes and best practices within the team.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Working knowledge of frameworks such as Yii or Laravel.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a proactive approach.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹2,178,842.31 per year
