Senior PHP Developer

You are a seasoned Senior PHP Developer with at least 5+ years of experience in Laravel and Codeigniter. You will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, testing, documenting, and maintaining high-quality web application software. Your key responsibilities include: - Understanding and implementing project management practices. - Developing in MVC compliant frameworks like Laravel, YII, CodeIgniter, or Zend. - Experience with CMS framework, specifically Wordpress. - Optimizing PHP code and database queries through code and project review sessions. - Identifying opportunities for process improvement and suggesting constructive changes. - Training and developing existing and new team members to improve technical competence. - Providing accurate effort estimates and meeting deadlines by following up on tasks. - Researching and introducing new technologies into the infrastructure. You should possess excellent problem-solving skills, thrive on technical challenges, and be able to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Strong database skills, particularly with MySQL 5, are required with knowledge of indexes, full-text searches, and the use of Regular Expressions in queries. A solid understanding of Applications Architecture and MVC frameworks, along with proficiency in HTML 5, CSS 3, Javascript, jQuery, and API (Restful Service) is essential.
