Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, enhance, and maintain backend functionalities using PHP frameworks (CakePHP, Laravel, Yii, etc.).
Integrate user-facing elements developed by front-end teams.
Build efficient, testable, and reusable PHP modules.
Integrate third-party APIs and various data storage solutions (SQL/NoSQL, key-value stores, blob stores).
Solve complex performance issues and architectural challenges.
Implement user authentication, authorization, and data security measures.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong knowledge of PHP frameworks (especially CakePHP 3.x).
Solid understanding of MVC design patterns and object-oriented PHP programming.
Proficiency in front-end basics – HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
Experience in third-party API integrations (REST/SOAP).
Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases and schema design.

Preferred Skills (Good To Have)

Experience with CakePHP 3.x or above.
Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
