Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Telecaller located in Mohali district. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing clients, gathering customer information, and maintaining detailed call records. Day-to-day tasks include conducting telephonic surveys, providing information on the company's services, handling customer inquiries, and achieving set targets. The Telecaller will also be responsible for following up on leads and closing sales over the phone. Qualifications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in handling telephonic conversations and maintaining call records Understanding of customer service principles and practices Ability to achieve targets and handle pressure Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Previous experience in telecalling or a related field is a plus Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
