Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role as a member of the Founders Office, located in Pune. The candidate will work closely with the founders to support and execute strategic initiatives and projects. Responsibilities include conducting industry research, preparing detailed reports, managing cross-functional collaborations, streamlining processes, and monitoring business performance. The role also requires efficient communication among departments, overseeing key projects, and contributing to the overall growth and strategy of the organization.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities for effective collaboration with diverse teams
• Proficiency in project management and process improvement methodologies
• Problem-solving and organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and adhere to deadlines
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment is a plus
• Proficiency in relevant tools like Microsoft Office, project management software, and data analysis tools
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; an MBA would be an advantage
