1. Assist in daily kitchen operations, including food preparation and cooking. 2. Help with menu planning and development. 3. Participate in inventory management and order supplies. 4. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment. 5. Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service. 6. Learn and apply health and safety regulations in the kitchen. 7. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Mumbai. As a member of the Founders Office at Darry's House, you will be responsible for supporting the founders in various tasks related to strategic planning, project management, and execution. You will engage in cross-functional collaboration, research and analysis, and help with the implementation of initiatives across different departments. Daily tasks will include coordinating meetings, preparing reports, and assisting in decision-making processes. Qualifications Experience in strategic planning, project management, and execution Strong research and analytical skills to support decision-making processes Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration Proficiency in preparing detailed reports and presentations Ability to coordinate meetings and manage schedules efficiently Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred Experience working in a creative or consulting environment is a plus
