JoySpoon (backed by Shark Tank , Ritesh Agarwal ) is a company founded by two childhood friends from Rajasthan, based in Ahmedabad. The founders, Vaishali and Yash, were inspired by traditional recipes to bring quality mouth fresheners and mukhwas with great taste and no sugar or artificial flavors to every household.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad for a Founders Office position. We want to call it a "Entreprenuer in Residence" role where we train someone to start their own business after 4-5 years of learning with us. Someone who is a graduate and wanting to do a MBA but is confused , this is real world MBA (Masters in business Acumen) that role is looking to train you for!

Qualifications

• Excellent organizational and administrative skills
• Strong research and data analysis skills
• Act as a problem-solver and take ownership of growth-driven tasks
• Support founders in daily operations and long-term planning
• Work directly with founders on strategy, execution & key projects|
• Lead cross-functional initiatives across sales, marketing, ops & product
• Identify business gaps and build scalable processes
• Manage special projects like new product launches, expansion & partnerships
• Effective communication and coordination skills
• Proficiency in strategic planning and execution
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize
• Experience with project management is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
• Experience working in a startup environment is advantageous
