Role Description

OD Alternatives (ODA) is seeking a full-time remote Founders Office member to join our innovative team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Founders Office, which includes administrative support to the Founder, be a partner in strategy formation and driving execution of change within the organisation and execution of client projects. Work from home and if you are interested in being part of the client projects, that would involve travel!

Qualifications

• Liberal arts of an MBA.
• Few years experience after PG
• Curiosity and an interest in multiple things
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and build effective relationships
• Ability to work independently and be self-driven
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to take appropriate action with minimal oversight
