Role Overview

Founder's Office Associate

Key Responsibilities
  • Work directly with the Founder on key projects and daily priorities
  • Prepare business reports, dashboards, and basic financial analyses
  • Support in planning and tracking key metrics across teams
  • Research markets, competitors, and new opportunities
  • Help with presentations, documents, and investor/partner material
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of projects
  • Own follow-ups and ensure tasks are completed on time
Requirements
  • 1–3 years of work experience

  • Background in

    Finance / MBA / CA

    (preferred)
  • Strong analytical and logical thinking
  • Comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Slides
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills
  • High ownership, ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
