Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Facilitator/consultantTrainer at OD Alternatives. The Senior Facilitator/Trainer will be responsible for leading learning and development interventions, conducting leadership development programs, implementing OD initiatives, building high-performing teams, and providing executive coaching. This role will be primarily based in Mumbai with the flexibility for some work from home. Qualifications and expertise Facilitation and public speaking skills Leadership Development expertise(specifically at mid and senior level) Organizational Development experience Team Building and Coaching abilities Cultural Change and Vision Creation knowledge Excellent communication and presentation skills Master's degree in Organizational Psychology, HR, or related field
Responsibilities Effectively reach ODAs brand and offerings to the right target group Drive traffic to our Website Design and Deliver high quality content through linkedin and email Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) Experience with SEO and SEM Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills
