Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Facilitator/consultantTrainer at OD Alternatives. The Senior Facilitator/Trainer will be responsible for leading learning and development interventions, conducting leadership development programs, implementing OD initiatives, building high-performing teams, and providing executive coaching. This role will be primarily based in Mumbai with the flexibility for some work from home.

Qualifications and expertise

• Facilitation and public speaking skills
• Leadership Development expertise(specifically at mid and senior level)
• Organizational Development experience
• Team Building and Coaching abilities
• Cultural Change and Vision Creation knowledge
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Master's degree in Organizational Psychology, HR, or related field
