Founder's Office – Agritech CompanyLocation: PuneIndustry: AgritechReporting to: Co-Founders & CEORole OverviewThe Founders Office role is a high-impact, cross-functional position working directly with the Co-Founders and senior leadership team. The mandate is to drive strategic initiatives, coordinate multi-disciplinary projects, and facilitate growth across operational, financial, and market development tracks. This role is a launchpad for future leadership and requires exceptional problem solving, communication, and project management skills. Founders of defunct start-ups are welcome.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with founders on strategic planning, new growth initiatives, and implementation of key business objectives.Program manage high-priority projects across operations, farm technology, finance, marketing, investor relations, and ESG (sustainability).Prepare business presentations, research briefs, and reports for board and investor meetings; support fundraising and market expansion efforts.Conduct market intelligence, competitor benchmarking, and opportunity analysis to guide company strategy.Drive special projects such as digital/ERP rollouts, supply chain improvements, and new geographic/vertical expansion.Support leadership hiring, HR initiatives, and culture-building activities to align teams with the founders’ vision.Facilitate effective communication, reporting, and tracking across units (farms, urban ops, commercial, admin).Liaise with external stakeholders: investors, partners, regulators, and strategic advisors.

Requirements

B.Tech/B.Sc along with MBA/ PGDBA, 3–7 years of experience supporting CxOs, founders, or senior management at startups, agritech, FMCG, consulting, investment banking, or similar high-growth sectors.Outstanding analytical, business research, and communication (written/presentation) skills.Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional projects and change programs.Hands-on, resourceful, and comfortable with multi-site, fast-paced environments.Ambitious and entrepreneurial mindset, preferably with exposure to agritech/sustainability sectors.
