We’re starting by helping finance, IT, and operations leaders identify wasted spend, automate repetitive workflows, and unlock compounding productivity gains using agentic AI. The end goal: enterprises that run at their highest level of performance: faster, leaner, smarter.

What you’ll do:

• Research and identify target companies and decision-makers using Apollo, Clay, and LinkedIn.
• Write and send thoughtful outreach messages that sound human and create genuine interest.
• Book intro calls with founders, finance leaders, and operations teams for the founders to take forward.
• Analyze what messaging resonates and help us continuously refine our ICP and outreach strategy.
• Contribute to content and social ideas that communicate Perf’s mission and perspective.
• Collaborate closely with the founders to test growth experiments and improve what we build.

You’ll thrive here if you:

• Are early in your career (recent grad or 1–2 years experience) and want to grow with an ambitious early-stage startup.
• Have excellent written and spoken English and can build trust quickly.
• Are analytical and creative and you enjoy figuring out what makes people and organizations tick.
• Care about making businesses perform better, not just selling another SaaS tool.
• Are comfortable with ambiguity and excited to learn across product, growth, and operations.
