About the Role

We are hiring a Founder’s Office Generalist to work directly with the leadership team across technology, operations, sales, customer success, and no-code development.

This role is designed for someone who learns fast, communicates exceptionally well in English, and wants to grow inside a fast-paced, high-ownership environment.

This is not an assistant position. It is a full-stack operator role for someone who wants to quickly grow into a senior operator or future Head of Operations.


Key Responsibilities

No-Code & Tech Operations

• Build and maintain funnels, landing pages, dashboards, and automations using no-code tools (GHL, HubSpot, Wati, Lovable, etc.)

• Set up forms, surveys, CRM workflows, tracking systems, and integrations

• Troubleshoot calendar, CRM, WhatsApp, Meta Ads, and workflow issues

• Maintain CRM hygiene and ensure accurate data flow


Sales Operations & Lead Management

• Engage with inbound leads via WhatsApp, chat, and email

• Qualify prospects and assist in appointment scheduling

• Support sales with scripts, follow-ups, and objection handling

• Maintain a clean, updated sales pipeline


Client Delivery & Customer Success

• Assist with onboarding for new clients

• Prepare resources, playbooks, trackers, and documents

• Ensure timely delivery of all client materials

• Track client progress and collect testimonials


General Operations

• Manage internal projects, tasks, and deadlines

• Coordinate with freelancers and contractors

• Identify operational bottlenecks and propose solutions

• Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning across all departments


Content Support (Nice to Have)

• Basic design work in Canva

• Drafting captions, scripts, or simple marketing copy


Who You Are (Must-Haves)

• Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)

• Fast learner who can pick up new tools quickly

• Tech-comfortable and willing to learn no-code systems

• Strong ownership mentality and proactive attitude

• Detail-oriented with strong execution capability

• Resourceful and able to solve problems independently

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment


Bonus Skills (Not Mandatory)

• Experience in sales, customer success, or operations

• Familiarity with CRM platforms or Meta Ads

• No-code experience (GHL, HubSpot, Zapier, Make, Airtable, Carrd etc.)

• Basic design or copywriting experience

• Prior exposure to startups, agencies, or education businesses
