Job Description

Industry & Sector:

FinTech / B2B SaaS focused on US tax, accounting and compliance for technology startups. We build software + human services that make accounting, tax and compliance simple, scalable and on-demand for US-registered companies.

Location & Schedule:

Bengaluru, Karnataka — in-office. Shift: 3:00pm-midnight IST (to collaborate with US teammates and customers).

Role & Responsibilities

  • Partner directly with the CEO (and CTO as required) to manage high-priority company initiatives, translating strategy into clear deliverables and timelines.
  • Design, build and maintain user & product dashboards to support A/B testing, cohort analysis, conversion funnels and stakeholder reporting.
  • Own financial models and forecasting: keep historicals up to date, run scenario analyses and deliver regular insights to leadership and investors.
  • Manage investor relations and fundraising operations: craft pitch decks, investor memos, maintain the dataroom and respond to investor data requests with clear analytics.
  • Administer company operations: monthly bookkeeping oversight, cap table & stock-option administration, legal & trademark tracking, and board materials (prep, minutes, resolutions).
  • Project-manage founder-led product launches, partnership elements (IndiaUS), and marketing/events logistics end-to-end until teams take ownership.

    Skills & Qualifications

    Must-have
    • 1-3 years professional experience (startup or US-focused B2B SaaS preferred) with demonstrable work in decks, spreadsheets and stakeholder-facing documents.
    • Advanced Google Sheets/Excel skills—financial modelling, formula mastery and scenario forecasting.
    • Strong analytic fluency: able to build dashboards (Amplitude/Mixpanel/Looker/GA or BI tools), pull cohort/conversion metrics and present findings clearly.
    • Exceptional written & verbal English, high attention to detail and a proactive, self-starting workstyle—no micromanagement needed.

    Preferred

    • Exposure to cap table tooling (Carta or similar), investor datarooms, and prior fundraising support experience.
    • Comfort with event logistics, travel for conferences, and using AI/productivity tools to accelerate deliverables.
