Role Overview We’re hiring a Founder’s Office, a high-agility generalist who will report directly to the Co-founder & COO . You’ll be solving business-critical problems across growth, operations, customer experience, and special projects. Key Responsibilities Own and execute cross-functional strategic projects across growth, ops, and product. Act as an extension of the Co-founder & COO — drive priorities, prep for reviews, close loops. Identify bottlenecks and build systems/processes to scale efficiently from 1 to 100 . Partner with functional leaders on experiments, pilot launches, and performance tracking. Dive into dashboards, analyze data, and present actionable insights. Prepare documents, decks, reports, and internal comms for key stakeholders. Be ready to jump into any function as needed — and drive outcomes. Who You Are 2–5 years in D2C startups, consulting, venture building, or Founder’s Office roles. Hands-on experience scaling systems, teams, or operations. Strong communication, analytical, and execution skills. Highly adaptable and comfortable with ambiguity. Strong sense of ownership — you don’t wait for permission. Bonus if you’ve worked across multiple functions and shipped impactful projects.
