• An ex-consultant(from a mid-sized firm) who thrived in biz-dev/marketing roles.
• A founder (or early-stage startup employee) who scaled brands hands-on.
• A corporate strategist with a bias for action and a knack for storytelling.

Core Responsibilities :

Business Growth

• Identify and pursue high-potential client partnerships (enterprise/emerging markets).
• Design GTM strategies for new service lines (e.g., leadership hiring, global expansions).
• Convert insights from TA Dialogues into revenue opportunities.

Brand Visibility

• Build Peepal’s thought leadership via content (LinkedIn, webinars, reports).
• Spearhead campaigns to position us as the “go-to” recruitment innovator.
• Leverage founder/C-suite networks for strategic collaborations.

Founder’s Right Hand

• Work directly with the CEO/COO to execute growth experiments (e.g., geo-expansion, digital pivots).
• Turn ambiguity into structured plans—own outcomes, not just tasks.
