Experience Required: 2-5 Years Working Days: 6 Days a Week Key Skills Required ● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills ● Effective communication and stakeholder management ● Strategic thinking with execution orientation ● Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments ● Background in consulting, healthcare, or startups (preferred) Job Description: ● Work closely with the founders on high-impact strategic initiatives and decision-making ● Lead and execute cross-functional projects across operations, growth, and partnerships ● Analyze market trends, competition, and internal data to drive business insights ● Collaborate with hospitals, surgeons, and internal teams to scale the business ● Support new initiatives including AI, tech development, and process optimization About Hexa Health: At HEXA, we are building a platform that will help users choose the right hospital/surgeon for their surgical procedure.
