We are growing at a lightning pace, and we're looking for an entrepreneurial operator to join the Founder’s Office and help scale partnerships, capital flows and product distribution across India’s fintech ecosystem. This is the best seat in the house to build the future of digital lending.

AWS, but for lending

This is a high ownership and impact role where you’ll work directly with founders and senior leaders (ops, product, finance, legal) to source and close FinTech partnerships, raise debt/equity, and run day-to-day execution for new initiatives that move the needle.

Key responsibilities

• Build & scale partnerships

   with fintechs, NBFCs, and capital providers (co-lending, FLDG, BC, escrow structures).

• Source, evaluate & onboard partners

   — fintechs, NBFCs, and investors — while building strong networks across the fintech ecosystem.

• Drive capital initiatives:

   support debt & equity raises by mapping capital providers, running outreach, diligence, data rooms, and closes.

• Own financial storytelling

  : prepare proposals, business models, projections, investor decks, and fundraising material.

• Collaborate with Legal/Compliance

   on MSAs, side letters, SLAs, co-lending agreements, and other contracts.

• Track market & regulatory trends

   (RBI guidelines, competitor activity, new products) to inform strategy.

• Run multi-stakeholder work streams

  : structured follow-ups, MoMs, timely execution across teams and pipeline ownership.

• Solve complex business problems

   through deep analysis, structured problem-solving, and clear recommendations for leadership. 

Key requirements

• 2+ years

   

  experience

   in fintech / lending / investments / business development / front-end roles.
• Strong academics or 

  demonstrable evidence of grit & high-IQ

   (selective programs, tough exams, standout projects).

• Proven communication & stakeholder-management skills

  — you’ll interact with founders, external stakeholders and internal teams daily.
• Solid analytical ability (Excel / Sheets, comfort with models & metrics) + excellent deck-writing.

• Bias to action

  : comfort making decisions with incomplete data and working in a high-velocity environment. 
• Bonus: direct exposure to co-lending / FLDG / escrow / capital markets; prior fundraising or due-diligence experience.
