The Founders Office Role

data, strategy, and execution

This role is ideal for someone who loves structure, numbers, and problem solving, but also wants the thrill of building at a fast-growing consumer brand.

Expect to work directly with the founders and cross-functional teams on projects such as:

• Deep-dive into sales data, marketing spend, CAC/ROAS performance, and customer funnels
• Extract insights on revenue potential, new opportunities, customer behavior, and product performance
• Conduct market analysis and competitive benchmarking to inform product and growth strategies
• Analyze customer interactions, reviews, and feedback to derive product and CX insights

• Build dashboards that help us track business health in real time
• Set up automated reports for sales, operations, marketing, and product
• Create structured, visually crisp insights decks for internal and leadership reviews

• Identify processes that can be streamlined or automated
• Implement AI tools and workflows (analytics, operations, customer service, etc.)
• Help set up and manage internal automation systems (n8n/Make.com/Zapier, internal bots, etc.)
  

Work on priority initiatives across:

• Pricing & revenue analytics
• Channel and marketplace strategy
• Product performance diagnostics
• Inventory & demand analytics
• Go-to-market analysis for new products

This is front-row access to how a high-growth consumer brand is built—from early-stage pace to scalable maturity.

Who We’re Looking For

You’re a strong fit if you have:

• 1–2 years in management consulting or analytics-heavy roles

• Exceptional comfort with

  Excel/Sheets

  , data cleaning, and data manipulation
• Ability to build structured analyses, frameworks, and insights
• Experience working with dashboards (Data Studio, Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
• Strong presentation skills—can convert data into coherent narratives
• A bias for clarity, speed, and ownership
• Curiosity for consumer brands, product experiences, and design
