Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Food & Beverages Service professional to join our team as a Captain or Associate. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in hotels and restaurants.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Manage food and beverages service operations to ensure high-quality customer service.
  • Coordinate with kitchen staff to prepare and deliver food orders efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve sales targets and improve overall customer satisfaction.
  • Implement effective inventory management systems to minimize waste and optimize resources.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in food and beverages service, preferably in hotels and restaurants.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety protocols and hygiene practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously under pressure.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
  • Strong attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality customer service.
