Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Food & Beverages Manager to join our team, with 5-10 years of experience in the hospitality industry.


Roles and Responsibility
  • Manage daily food and beverage operations to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Develop and implement menus catering to diverse customer needs and preferences.
  • Supervise kitchen staff to maintain efficient food preparation and presentation.
  • Conduct regular quality checks to uphold high standards of culinary excellence.
  • Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall guest satisfaction.
  • Analyze sales trends and customer feedback to inform menu planning and promotions.

Job Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Food & Beverages Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety protocols and health regulations.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage kitchen staff effectively.
  • Ability to work under pressure and multitask during peak hours.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
  • Culinary certification or relevant training is an asset.
