Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Food & Beverage Service Team Leader with 3-5 years of experience to join our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leading teams and providing excellent customer service.

Roles and Responsibility
  • Manage and supervise a team of food and beverage servers to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service operations.
  • Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance team performance.
  • Monitor and control inventory levels to minimize waste and optimize resources.
  • Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork among staff members.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
Job Requirements
  • Proven experience as a team leader or manager in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of food and beverage services, including menu planning and inventory management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to lead and motivate a team.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to resolve customer complaints and issues.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
