Position Overview
A reputed
five-star hospitality industry based in Chitwan
is seeking an experienced, dynamic, and performance-driven
Food & Beverage Manager
to lead and manage all food and beverage operations. The role requires strong leadership, international service exposure, financial acumen, and a guest-centric mindset to ensure exceptional dining experiences and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and oversee all food and beverage operations in line with five-star service standards.
- Lead, train, motivate, and supervise F&B teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Ensure high standards of food quality, service, hygiene, and safety across all outlets.
- Manage budgets, cost control, inventory, procurement, and revenue optimization.
- Develop and implement menus, promotions, and F&B strategies in coordination with executive chefs and management.
- Monitor guest feedback, address complaints, and continuously improve service quality.
- Ensure compliance with hospitality regulations, food safety standards, and company policies.
- Prepare operational reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for management review.
- Coordinate closely with other departments to support overall hotel operations and guest satisfaction.
Educational Qualification
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Priority: Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel Management from a reputed Indian university.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel Management or Hospitality Management from a recognized institution is mandatory.
- Master’s Degree or international certifications will be an added advantage.
Experience
- Minimum 7–10 years of progressive experience in food and beverage operations within 4-star or 5-star hotels, including managerial roles.
- Proven experience in managing multiple outlets, banquets, and large-scale operations.
- Strong exposure to international service standards and guest-experience management.

- Strong leadership and team-management capabilities.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and guest-handling skills.
- Sound financial management, budgeting, and cost-control expertise.
- Strategic thinking with strong operational execution ability.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in hotel management systems and MS Office applications.
