Role Overview: You will be responsible for the efficient running of the Food and Beverage department at Hyatt Regency Chandigarh, ensuring alignment with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards. Your role will involve meeting employee, guest, and owner expectations by functioning as the Business Manager and a Marketing Specialist for the Food and Beverage Department. Your primary goal will be to ensure the successful operation of all outlets in accordance with the hotel's standards and to drive individual profitability. Key Responsibilities: - Function as the Business Manager and Marketing Specialist for the Food and Beverage Department - Ensure all outlets operate successfully in line with the hotel's standards - Meet employee, guest, and owner expectations - Maintain operational efficiency and profitability of the department - Collaborate with the team to deliver exceptional dining experiences - Implement strategies to enhance revenue and guest satisfaction - Oversee administrative tasks related to the Food and Beverage department - Utilize your banqueting experience to enhance departmental performance Qualifications Required: - University degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management is preferred - Minimum of 2 years of work experience as Assistant Director of F&B or Senior Restaurant Manager in a larger operation - Good operational, administrative, and interpersonal skills are essential - Banqueting experience is considered an asset in this role.,
