Scylla Luxury Resort & Spa is a premier destination offering world-class hospitality, exceptional dining experiences, and personalised service. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced F&B Manager to lead our Food & Beverage operations and deliver outstanding guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of all F&B outlets, including restaurants, bars, banquets, and room service.
• Ensure high standards of quality, service, and guest satisfaction.
• Manage and train F&B staff, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
• Develop menus in collaboration with culinary teams and maintain cost control.
• Monitor inventory, procurement, and vendor relationships.
• Implement health, safety, and hygiene standards in compliance with regulations.
• Drive revenue through innovative promotions and exceptional service delivery.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and performance reports for the F&B department.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in F&B management within luxury hotels or resorts.
• Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and cost control practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹75,000 per month (based on experience).
