Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Food & Beverage Cost Controller to join our team in the Hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have 10-14 years of experience and be responsible for managing food and beverage costs, ensuring profitability, and maintaining high-quality service standards.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage daily food and beverage operations to ensure efficient resource use.
Develop and implement cost control strategies to optimize profitability.
Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate prices and contracts.
Analyze sales data and customer feedback to inform menu planning and pricing decisions.
Maintain accurate records and reports on food and beverage inventory, sales, and expenses.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in food and beverage cost control, preferably in the hospitality industry.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and quality control procedures.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
