Food & Beverage Cost Controller

You will be responsible for creating an NC report and a daily purchasing report. It will be essential to visit the outlets regularly to conduct inventory audits and identify any irregularities in the cash audit. Additionally, you will need to generate reports on outlet visits, investigate any deviations, and support outlets with the daily entry of purchases. You will also participate in the central store inventory at the end of each month. During your visits to the outlets, you must closely monitor recent KOT cancellations and adjustments, recheck the non-availability of liquor, verify that the holding date has passed, and inquire about any significant purchases of goods. In case of excessive spoiling, you are required to request a valid explanation and highlight any inventory mistakes to your superiors. This is a full-time position with the benefits of food provided.
