• To verify inventory at Stores / Kitchen as well as outlets. • To check internal stock issues of materials with proper stock indent / challan. • To verify spoilages / transfers at central kitchen and outlet level. • To verify purchase / Issue records. • To verify stock inventory of central kitchen and outlet. • To verify outlet receiving and return. • Check and cross verify POS as well as Purchase system. • Check and verify discounts, complimentary, voids and other Sales records in the POS system.
