Job Description

As a candidate for this position, you will be responsible for the following key tasks: - Create an NC report and a daily purchasing report - Visit the outlets regularly to audit the inventory - Identify and address any irregularities in the cash audit - Generate reports on outlet visits and investigate any deviations - Support outlets with the daily entry of purchases - Participate in the central store inventory at the end of each month - Monitor recent KOT cancellations and adjustments during outlet visits - Verify the non-availability of liquor and check if the holding date has passed - Inquire about any significant (expensive) purchases of goods - Request a valid explanation in case of excessive spoiling - Highlight any inventory mistakes to superiors Regarding the company details, no additional information was provided in the job description.,
