Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Food & Beverage Attendant to join our team at Carlton. The ideal candidate should have 0-2 years of experience in the hospitality industry.



Roles and Responsibility

  • Manage food and beverage service areas, including preparation and presentation.
  • Ensure high-quality customer service by responding promptly to guests' needs and resolving issues professionally.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of food and beverage equipment and facilities.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Participate in inventory management and stock control of food and beverage supplies.
  • Develop knowledge of menu items and make recommendations to guests.

Job Requirements
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and guests.
  • Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and basic math skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of quality and accuracy.
