Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Food & Beverage Associate to join our team at the Taj Hotel. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in hotels and restaurants.


Roles and Responsibility
  • Manage food and beverage operations to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Coordinate with kitchen staff to prepare and cook food according to recipes and presentation standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of food storage areas and serving areas.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving issues professionally.
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve sales targets and improve overall customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Food & Beverage Associate or similar role in a hotel or restaurant setting.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety protocols and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality management or culinary arts preferred.
