Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Food & Beverage Associate to join our team at the Marriott Hotel. The ideal candidate should have 0-3 years of experience in the hospitality industry.


Roles and Responsibility
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Manage food and beverage operations, including inventory control and stock management.
  • Maintain high standards of quality and presentation in food preparation and service.
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to increase sales and revenue.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.

Job Requirements
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of quality.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and contribute to the success of the hotel.
