Food and Beverage Manager

As an F&B Manager at Andaz Bali, your role will be crucial in ensuring the successful operation of all outlets and banquets in alignment with the hotel's standards. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading and managing the F&B team to deliver exceptional service to guests. - Overseeing financial aspects such as budgeting and cost control to ensure profitability. - Utilizing your in-depth knowledge of food and beverage products, trends, and industry best practices. - Demonstrating strong problem-solving and decision-making skills in a fast-paced environment. - Upholding high food safety standards to provide a safe dining experience for guests. To qualify for this position, you must meet the following criteria: - Indonesian nationality is required for this role. - Minimum of 2 years of experience in luxury hotel operations in a similar managerial position. - Possess strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills. - Proficient in financial management, including budgeting and cost control. - Excellent understanding of food and beverage products and industry trends. - Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
