Key ResponsibilitiesPatient Food Services

• Prepare and serve meals according to prescribed diet plans (diabetic, low-sodium, liquid, soft diet, etc.)
• Deliver meals to patient rooms accurately and on time
• Assist patients with feeding when required (as per policy)
• Collect meal trays and ensure proper cleaning and disposal

Food Preparation & Service

• Assist in basic food preparation under dietitians or chefs
• Maintain portion control and presentation standards
• Ensure food is served at correct temperatures

Hygiene & Safety

• Follow hospital infection control, food safety, and HACCP guidelines
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, equipment, and service areas
• Proper handling and storage of food and beverages
• Use PPE (gloves, masks, hairnets) as required

Inventory & Support

• Assist in stock checking and storage of food supplies
• Report shortages or damaged items
• Support catering services for hospital events or staff meals

Coordination & Communication

• Coordinate with dietitians, nurses, and kitchen staff
• Respond politely to patient feedback and special requests
• Maintain accurate meal records where required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
