Food and Beverage Manager

The Food & Beverage Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, and supervising all food and beverage operations to ensure excellent service quality, customer satisfaction, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily food and beverage operations across restaurants, bars, banquets, and room service
• Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and service
• Manage, train, and motivate F&B service staff
• Monitor inventory, procurement, and stock control of food and beverages
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and licensing regulations
• Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints professionally
• Coordinate with kitchen, sales, and events teams for smooth operations
• Plan and execute special events, promotions, and banquets

Requirements & Qualifications -Proven experience as an F&B Manager or similar role
