About the Role

Food & Beverage Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all Food & Beverage operations, including restaurant, banquets, bar, and room service.
• Maintain high standards of quality, service, and hygiene across all F&B outlets.
• Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue and enhance guest satisfaction.
• Plan and manage special events, weddings, and corporate functions in collaboration with the Banquet and Sales teams.
• Monitor budgets, control costs, and achieve departmental profitability targets.
• Recruit, train, and motivate the F&B team to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
• Coordinate closely with the Executive Chef on menu planning, pricing, and presentation.
• Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and licensing regulations.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management or related field.
• Proven experience as an F&B Manager or Assistant F&B Manager in a 4/5-star property.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and team management abilities.
• Passion for hospitality and a customer-first approach.
• Hands-on, organized, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
