As an Assistant Manager Wedding Sales at Haut Monde Rajputana Palace, Neemrana, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of wedding business for the palace. Your responsibilities will include: - Generating leads and closing deals for destination weddings at Haut Monde Rajputana Palace. - Establishing and nurturing strong relationships with wedding planners, event agencies, travel agents, and corporate clients. - Managing wedding queries from initial contact to finalizing contracts. - Conducting property show-rounds, presentations, and negotiations with potential clients. - Collaborating with the operations and events team to ensure seamless execution of weddings. - Developing sales strategies to meet monthly and annual revenue targets. - Monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and providing insights to enhance sales strategies. - Maintaining a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools and ensuring timely follow-ups. Qualifications required for this role include: - Minimum 5 years of experience in wedding sales, banquet sales, or event sales in luxury hotels, resorts, or wedding venues. - Strong existing network with wedding planners, event aggregators, and travel partners. - Exceptional communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills. - Proficiency in delivering presentations, conducting show-rounds, and closing high-value deals. - Willingness to travel within NCR/Rajasthan for client meetings and networking. - Proactive and target-driven mindset with a passion for weddings and hospitality.
