Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Food and Beverage Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 10-14 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with expertise in food and beverage operations.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Manage daily food and beverage operations to ensure high-quality service.
  • Develop and implement menus catering to diverse tastes and dietary requirements.
  • Supervise kitchen staff to maintain efficient food preparation and presentation.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to source fresh ingredients and materials.
  • Maintain inventory levels and control waste to optimize resources.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Food and Beverage Executive or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety protocols and quality control measures.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage staff effectively.
  • Ability to work under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
  • Strong analytical skills to analyze sales trends and customer feedback.
