Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven sales manager to join our team, a new entrant in premium wellness and health supplement products. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a passion for health and wellness who can lead and expand our sales operations across key markets. The sales manager will be instrumental in driving revenue growth and managing client relationships, including a network of city distributors and key retailers in metro markets. The job will also involve handling B2B clients in major metro cities. The location is Surat, but it will require extensive traveling throughout the country. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company growth targets. Identify and pursue new business opportunities across retail, pharmacy, and B2B wellness sectors. Lead, mentor, hire, and manage the sales team. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners. Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with brand positioning. Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to inform sales strategies. Prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts for senior management. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings. Requirements Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. Minimum of 2-5 years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong understanding of the health and wellness or FMCG industry. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Willingness to travel as needed. Preferred Skills Experience in the nutraceutical or supplement industry. Existing network of distributors or retailers in the health and wellness space. Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools. Strategic mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making. Why Join Us?
