We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Marketer / Digital Marketer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies to enhance our online presence, drive engagement, and generate leads . You will manage social media platforms, create engaging content, run paid campaigns, and analyze performance metrics to optimize marketing efforts. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement effective social media and digital marketing strategies to attract prospective customers for our healthcare brands Manage and grow the company's presence across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Create, curate, and schedule engaging content, including posts, stories, reels, videos, and blog articles. Run targeted digital advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads to generate quality leads. Monitor and analyze campaign performance, engagement rates, and conversions to optimize future strategies. Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve website visibility. Independently create and design compelling marketing materials Engage with prospective customers and respond to queries on social media platforms. Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices. Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions. Should be conversant with CRM tools Requirements: MInimum 10+2 but should have exposure to Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field and should have done relevant course Proven experience (2+ years) in social media marketing and digital marketing, preferably in the education sector. Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices. Hands-on experience with social media management tools Proficiency in digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads). Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and Google Analytics. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to create engaging content, including graphics and videos using Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools. Strong analytical skills to measure campaign performance and optimize strategies. Self-motivated, creative, and results-oriented. Preferred Skills: Experience in lead generation and conversion optimization. Familiarity with CRM tools and marketing automation platforms.
