We are looking for FMCG Sales Managers in Coimbatore Region and tirupur for
Pressana Flour Mills Pvt Ltd - AddressUnit Ll Sf No.89/B, 90/B, 92/A1b, 94/1b, Sulur Tk, Kittampalayam Village Karumathampatti to Annur Main Road, Karumathampatti-641659

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Strategy & Execution:
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share goals.
• Set sales targets for the team and individual sales representatives.
• Monitor sales performance against targets and identify areas for improvement.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to inform strategies and tactics.
• Team Leadership & Management:
• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales representatives.
• Recruit, hire, and train new sales staff.
• Provide coaching and support to improve sales performance.
• Foster a positive and high-performing team culture.
• Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients, distributors, and retailers.
• Represent the company at sales events, trade shows, and other industry gatherings.
• Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.
• Collaboration & Communication:
• Collaborate with marketing, product development, supply chain, and other departments.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Share market insights and feedback with relevant teams.
• Market Analysis & Product Development:
• Conduct market research to identify consumer trends and preferences.
• Analyze competitor activities and identify opportunities for growth.
• Collaborate with product development teams to improve existing products or develop new ones.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
